  • Quartier et environs: The apartment is located in the port district, 5 minutes from Place Garibladi and the old town of Nice, a picturesque area of Nice, lively in all seasons. Staying in this area, which has been entirely renovated since 2020, you won't need a car, as the tourist and cultural centers of interest are within walking distance. Everything is less than 5 minutes away, the Cours Saleya and its flower market, the Place Rossetti, the Place Garibaldi, the Place Masséna, the coulée verte with its children's garden as well as the famous Promenade des Anglais, the hill of the castle offering an unobstructed view of the Baie des Anges. You will be able to visit the museums of modern art MAMAC, Terra Amata, Chagal, or the palace Lascaris, You will be able to also go to the opera, to refresh you by going to take a bath... The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator.

Superb, spacious and bright apartment located in the Port district, in the Antique shops and very close to the Garibaldi square and the 2 tramway lines of Nice.

One can hesitate for a long time between the districts of Nice and the seaside with so different charms.

When we were looking for our apartment, we understood that living in Nice near the port means being able to walk down to the warm blue sea, along the hill of the castle, and, after swimming, crossing the Promenade to sip pastis on the terraces of the Cours Saleya cafés.

It is also to go along the rocks towards the port, to greet, from the top of the quays, the boats in the wind of Rauba Capeu, the "hat thief".

Or to choose to cross, in the colored shade of the walls, the old city when, at noon, the cannon of the hill resounded, to sit on a wooden stool and to taste the pissaladière and the crunchy socca.

We learned about history and followed the footsteps of the Italians who came down from the mountains through the Rue de Turin to the Place Garibaldi. In the evening we discovered the festive atmosphere of the Place du Pin.

In the morning, we can arrive, by train or bus, in postcard landscapes:
the bay of Villefranche, the coastal paths of Cap Ferrat, the beach and the perched village of Eze...


It is Jérôme and Boris who offer to others the pleasure of living this Nice life in our apartment when we are not living there.
