It's on the 5th floor (with lift), so with all the windows it was is sunny and spacious. The views are truly delightful. The apartment is nicely decorated so it has a cosy feel. Everything is thought of, so, if you need to iron that shirt, or you want to make a big meal, everything is there. The owners contacted us a view times during the week , just to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied, and we were. The location is the best you can wish for when staying in Nice. Tram and busses are nearby so that visit to Monaco or Cannes is easy, and there is a direct line to get to the airport. Interaction with us

Unlike a hotel, there is no reception. A trusted person will give you the keys in person the day of your arrival. We thank you to make an appointment a few days before your arrival and to send us all the flight or train information (if any) in order to anticipate a possible delay. No commitment, interpretation or promise will be deemed to be actual or implicit as a result of what was said or written in the negotiations between you and us prior to the receipt of the confirmation e-mail, with the exception of is expressly stated in this Booking Agreement.
