L'appartement correspond en tous points aux photos, ergonomique, confortable et cosy, il est en plus très beau. Le quartier est à proximité immédiate des commerces, bars, restaurants et boutiques. Tout se fait à pied. Au calme et avec le confort de l'ascenseur, il permet de conserver la chambre au calme avec le lieu de vie de la cuisine et du salon. Malgré l'immense retard causé par des bouchons, notre hôte nous a accueillis avec le sourire et a su se rendre encore disponible pour nous conseiller les bars et restaurants sympas. Calme, aménagement, décoration et volumes permettent une vraie décontraction et un bon repos. Et tellement bien équipé ! (La planche et le fer à repasser c'est le plus tellement rare mais si utile !) La situation est parfaite, le centre, la vieille ville, le port, la mer, tout est proche. Y compris le tram. Boris was wery nice and helpful with everything. Communication with him was easy with whatsapp. For example when the electic water kettle went broken it was replaced during the same day :) Big grossery store was in the next street and tram stop to main railway station was only a few hundred meters away. There is only a short walking distace to old town. Separate living room/kitchen and sleeping room/shower is nice and there was enough room for our family of three (parents with 9mths old daughter). - Distance to the new part of city center. The Harbour area was pretty quiet, but there are nice little shops around the area. We loved the location. So close to the 100 bus to get to Monaco and the other surrounding cities, and go so many great restaurants and shops, and the water. On check in, Boris gave us a ton of information on the city, which was so helpful. The apartment was really great, everything you need for a great stay in Nice.
